Order Processing

After receiving the order, you will receive an email with Order Received Notice from our company stating the details of your order, destination and delivery charge. We will send out the order according to the inventory status. You can also login to check order status within 1 working day after placing an order by a click of "Order Status".

Ordered Item Detail Example 1:

If the quantity showing in " Status" is the same as the ordered quantity, it means that the item is ready to be sent out. For local order, we will confirm the shipped status with you through email within 1 working day; you can receive the order from our company if you choose "Self-Pickup". For overseas order, customers can check the expected arrival time by a click of the icon of "Shipping Status".

Ordered Item Detail Example 2:

Delivery Destination: Taiwan (Region A),

By Courier: Shipping Charges is HK$135(Total 15 DU, HK$9/Delivery Unit)

In this example, " Status " of two "Fong Sai Yuk DVD" is out of stock and we have not been able to source the item. We would send out "Out of Stock Notice" by email. Please select the items for a replacement within 2 working days. We would be appreciated if you select "In Stock" or "New Release" items for a fast shipment, and you can only exchange one time for each order.
If we do not receive your replacement update, we will cancel that out of stock item from your order. The In Stock items will be delivered on the 3rd working day. For those item(s) that are not delivered, will not be charged and the shipping charges will be refunded proportionally or deducted from the order directly. We would refund YoYo Cash firstly, and then the balance of the order amount. (Delivery charges or YoYo Cash refund is not applicable for order in a range between 1 - 2 Delivery Unit (DU))

2. If item 1 (Next Magazine, 7 DU) and item 5 (Sparrow Blu-ray, 1 DU) are out of stock and the shipping range from 15 DU to 7 DU, your actual invoice is as follows

Remark: The shipping charge will change from 15 DU to 7 DU if the out of stock items is over 8 DU. Etc.

If you select Refund Method by "YoYo Cash", The charged amount for the shortage items (including shipping charge) will immediately refund to your YoYo Cash Account (HK$1= YY$200) and you would get Triple compensation for any "Out of Stock" items(i.e. Out of stock value HK$100, YoYo Cash Refund(YY$20,300) =100 x YY$200 + 100 x YY$3) . You can immediately use these YoYo Cash to place a new order.

If you select Refund Method by "Credit Card or Paypal", it takes about 14 - 21 working days for refund processing or basis on your credit card statement and it may has difference in currency exchange. Thus, you are highly recommended to select the Refund Method by "YoYo Cash" .

If you paid in offline payment e.g. cheque, T/T, direct debit, we will refund the total amount in YoYo Cash to you instantly. We are sorry that we will not refund in cash.

Remark:
-For item not delivered because of short in supply from suppliers, customer can base on the inventory status to order the cancelled items again.

-Shipping charges (including YoYo Cash or Credit Card) refund is not applicable for order in a range between 1 - < 6 Delivery Unit (DU) and using any Local Delivery.

-Shipping charges (including YoYo Cash or Credit Card) refund is not applicable for order in a range between 1 - < 3 Delivery Unit (DU) and using Overseas Delivery.
