曾担任电影《Kill Bill》动画部份的监督中泽一登，于 Netflix 推出原创动画《B: The Beginning》，由 Production I.G 制作，以意大利克雷莫纳为背景，一个关于警探追查连续杀人犯「Killer B」的故事，是一出斗智斗力的悬疑片。
动画于 2018 年 3 月 2 日起在 Netflix 全球首播，一共 12 集。
动画原声找来 Yoshihiro Ike 担任配乐，Yoshihiro Ike 是一位日本作曲家、编曲家，同时还是一位出色的贝斯手，他的音乐创作以电视、动画的原声音乐为主。
