曾擔任電影《Kill Bill》動畫部份的監督中澤一登，於 Netflix 推出原創動畫《B: The Beginning》，由 Production I.G 製作，以意大利克雷莫納為背景，一個關於警探追查連續殺人犯「Killer B」的故事，是一齣鬥智鬥力的懸疑片。
動畫於 2018 年 3 月 2 日起在 Netflix 全球首播，一共 12 集。
動畫原聲找來 Yoshihiro Ike 擔任配樂，Yoshihiro Ike 是一位日本作曲家、編曲家，同時還是一位出色的貝斯手，他的音樂創作以電視、動畫的原聲音樂為主。
