Refund Policy
If there is any item out of stock that led the goods cancelled,
the
respective amount will be refunded to
you .
1, If you paid with online payment and select Refund Method by "YoYo
Cash", the charged amount for this order or items will immediately refund to your YoYo Cash
Account(HK$1=200 YoYo Cash).
You can immediately use these YoYo Cash
to place further orders.
2, If you select Refund Method by "Credit
Card", it takes about 14 - 21 working days for refund processing or
basis on your credit card statement and it may has difference in
currency exchange.
3, If you paid in offline payment e.g.
T/T, direct debit, we will refund the total amount
in YoYo Cash
(HK$1=200
YoYo Cash)
to you instantly. We are sorry that we will not refund in cash.
