A serial rapist, just freed from prison, moves into a peaceful small town. Things go well for him for a while, he is welcomed by almost all of its residents, but upon learning of his past, this quiet community becomestense and upset. The town's furor excalates when, suddenly, a woman is raped and her attracker's mehtod is chillingly familiar, despite he is denial of guilt.

He faces a semmingly-unsolvable dilemma: run awan and be hunted as a fugitive, or stay in town and prove his innocence....
