An Africa extremists team (AFA) storm a virus research lab in Mozambique and make off with a vial of deadly Ebola virus and a newly created antiserum. America's Delta Force is activated to retrieve the vials.

The find the research complex is a disaster area. The AFA left no survivors except Major Jeffrey Tipton. The battle starts between Delta and AFA. In the melee, some vials were lost. Major Tipton returns to base and is now symptomatic......
