Special effects wizard Rollie Tyler (Cameron Daddo) is back from a location shoot in Moscow, unaware that he's being framed. Somebody has hidden precious cargo in his equipment. At the same time, veteran in New York City's jewelry district. He has discovered that the largest auction of stolen gems known to the underworld is about to take place. Meanwhile, Tyler is set up by the syndicate with a special effects style robbery of a U.S. customs warehouse and the murder of a Federal officer. Because of their relationship, McCarthy is bounced off the investigation that could ultimately clear Tyler with FBI. With Tyler on the run and McCarthy off the case, they seek a little help from their friends. Through a myriad of deception and the deadly art of illusion, they turn the antagonists' real world upside down.
