Content: In an abandoned drive-in theater in Florida, Special Agent Jim Parker (Bryan Genesse) leads an F.B.I. undercover sting against gang transactions involving cubancrime suspect Pable Arnaz( Frantz dobrowsky). Cocaine is exchanged for a single microchip and Pablo is arrested after a bloody battle. Parker finds out that two specialized chips have been lifted from the millitary, made to control human behavior. Back in the police station , Parker is introduced to Gina Stone( J.CYNTHIA BROOKDS), a federal agent assigned to deliver Arnaz to Cuba. He is beign exchanged for an American. It is good faith trade in light of the current Cuban-American trade talks.
