The FBI's top criminal, Tom Carter (Ryan Nathan), is a famous bank thief. He has stolen millions of dollars over the years, but he has never been caught. After meeting Annie (Kitty watse), Tang decides to turn himself in to the FBI and start again. Unfortunately, he met two corrupt agents who attempted to commit crimes. Tang, who was forced to die, had no choice but to fight back against the renegade agents.
