Our young man, bitter and jobless, joins a gang to rob a bank. He is appalled by the senseless killing and decides to quit. He goes to Lantau Island and works as a gardener. He gets along very well with the plantation's stubborn owner. When his daughter comes back for the vacation, our young man falls in love with her. He past too vivid to forget, he tries not to show his affection. A rival comes along and hilarious misunderstandings become rule of the day. The vacation comes to an end. They part company, promising to meet one year later.....
