The famous kung fu master Huang Fei-hung, the Skyhawk, brings his student, Fatty, to visit his friend Chu in Bangkok. As usual, he ends up teaching the local bad guys, Ku Wu-chung and Chi Paio, a good lesson. Ku is a narcotics dealer who runs gambling halls as well. He molests women as he pleases. His recent plan is to monopolish the porter service at the pier. Ku tries to stir up trouble among the porters who are led by Chu but fails in his attempt. He then hires martial arts instructor Chi to go after Chu and his friend, the Skyhawk. Evil shall never prevail over righteousness. The Skyhawk with Fatty's help make Ku and Chi pay for their deeds.
