Ah Lung is a master of Tai Chi boxing and teachers young girls self defense techniques. On celebrating his birthday, his friend Ah chi and student make him drunk and take him to a brothel. he meets Ah Kwan who's been sold as a prostitute to repay her fees for smuggling to Hong Kong . Kwan notices Lung is decent guy and asks to help her escape.
There's police raid, so Lung and Kwan make their escape through the window. They encounter Wong, the pimp who blocks their way and tries to snatch away. Lung has no choice but to hide Kwan in his own home. Lung tends to Kwan's wounds, and the two fall in love. Meanwhile, Ah chi is tortured by the triads and reveals Lung's address. The come for Ah Kwan, Lung seeks the help of Loong Koo, who encourages Kwan not to be afraid of the polices, and should apply for immigration through proper channels.
Then she mobilizes the neighborhood to fight against the pimp and Big Brother Wai and of the same time, seek police assistance. After this episode, Lung and Kwan can now, indulge in their blossoming love and plan for their future.
