Niagara falls is the setting for this murder mystery wherein monroe plosts to kill her husband, but her co plotter ends up being the one whose body is found in the river. The husband strangles the wife after a frantic chase. He steals a motor boatto race up the river to buffalo. Taking hostage a young honeymooning Brideto hold off the police. The gas runs out and the boat smashes on the rocks. The fleeing man is swept over the falls and dies. But he is able to push the woman by pushing her to safety at the last minute.
