The vocalist of the Japanese rock group "Tokio" Tomoya Nagase takes his role in this action-packed movie partnered by the Korean star Choi Min-Su. It is a relationship-building buddy movie about a rookie Japanese police and an elite Korean cop. This DVD comes with a series of special features and extras. The movie was shot on location in Seoul. Filming started on 20 July 2001 and was completed around 2 months later. The movie features spectacular car races through the capital of Korea at top speed, big budget explosions of entire buildings and breathtaking shoot-outs!
