Arco and Malik are whats known in the ghetto as Devils? They are sixteen. They spend most of their time hanging out. Their parents five little support and life at school is not working out. So they let off social steam by fighting with other kids in the neighbor.
Djeff, JM, Peter are a little older. They are between twenty to twenty six and theyre unemployed. They hang out in the ghetto. Their major hobbies are girls and fights with neighboring housing projects. A crowded hip-hop party is the backdrop for a violent commotion. A gun fight breaks out in the club parking lot. While the older boys get even with guys from another neighborhood, the younger ones burn a car. It their way of venting their anger because they couldn get into the club. The police arrive on the scene. A cop shoots. Malik dies. The ghetto kids rebel. A riot erupts.
