A scientist is kidnapped and fed to the sharks by accident in an African fishing town. Investigation leads marine biologist Steven to uncover startling conspircay of a banker foreclosing on the town sproperty and a scientist who alters the shark's physiology to perfect an anti - carcinogenic drug, which he is testing on the locan people.
