Only two weeks before the first ever World Cup of Hockey tournament is to take place in Los Angeles, a violent explosion rocks the downtown skyline and obliterates an entire floor of a high-rise office tower. An ex FBI, and current Postal Inspection agent, Beau Cooper arrives 1st on the scene and that attracts him to find the bomber. When Los Angeles is under siege by a mad bomber, their investigation leads them to James Grimes, leader of a white supremacist splinter group. After a horrific gunfight with the FBI, Grimes and his followers died. When all of the pieces of evidence seem to fit that Grimes is the bomber, Beau feel that there is something just doesn?t sit right. He believes that Grimes was not the person and the real bomber is still out there?
