FRANKIE THE FLY(Dennis Hopper)has been a gofer for a neighborhood hoodlum, SAL(Michael Madsen), for twenty years. Things change for Frankie when he falls for MARGARET(Daryl Hannah), a hooker/porno actress, who works for Sal. Frankie persuades JOEY(Kiefer Sutherland), the director of Sal's prono movies, to make a real film with Margaret starring. Unfortunately, Sal finds out and forcibly injects Margaret, a recovering drug addict, with a syringe full of dope. Joey is also taught lesson. Frankie visits Joey in the hospital with a wild idea. He wants to make a movie of himself killing Sal.
