Society Big Boss Chuen (Chan Cheuk-fai) smuggled into Hong Kong with an excellently made electronic printing plate of US notes from the State, planning to continue his illegal business. However, he found that the printing plate was stolen by his assistant Paleface (Hwang Jang-Lee).
